Jessica Anderson has over 5 years of experience working in patient care and is the newest member of the Beltone West team as a Patient Care Coordinator. Before she came to Beltone West she was the Lead Vision Therapist and Office Co-Manager at Yavapai Advanced Vision Center in Prescott, AZ. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and a Certified Caregiver, Jessica loves having the opportunity to give back to the community by helping others to regain a portion of their life that they thought they might never get back.
Building her time as a Vision Therapist focused on rehabilitating children’s visual systems and creating a rehabilitative environment for adult patients who suffered from stroke, traumatic brain injuries and other similar conditions, she treasures being present for the “ah-ha” moment when things click back into place for her patients. It is one of the most rewarding experiences she has ever had the privilege to be a part of.
Jessica believes that every person is a walking chapter of history with knowledge they can pass down to enrich the lives of others. She greatly enjoys taking in patients’ life experiences through speaking with them, hearing their stories and then in turn guiding them with her professional experience so that they get the tailored, unique care they deserve. She has enjoyed the company of all walks of life throughout her working career including animals, children, adults and the elderly. While she is new to the field of hearing, she is not new to the field of the needs of people.
Jessica lives in Prescott Valley, AZ with her partner, son, two daughters, two step-daughters, their cat Prince Charming and a plethora of fish in their fish tank. She enjoys watching Marvel movies with her family and crafting, singing, reading and cooking with her kids. Both her and her partner play the trumpet and they enjoy visiting the various aquariums throughout the state. Outside of her family she enjoys archery, hiking and looking for hidden gems at thrift stores. Jessica has lived in Northern Arizona for over 15 years and could not imagine living anywhere else.
